Unfortunately many shooting range operators are unaware of the many OSHA regulations that apply to their range or shooting operation.  There have been ranges permanently closed as a result of violation of these regulations.  Many range operators receive very substantial fines for violating the regulations.  Contrary to popular belief, there are very few instances where OSHA regulations would not apply.

The regulations apply to all private industry, federal law enforcement agencies, and the US Armed Forces. Although federal OSHA may not have jurisdiction over state and local government agencies, in most states the regulations still apply.  In many cases the regulations would even apply to a private club.

Have you done your mandatory air sampling?  Do you have a written housekeeping program in place? Do you have a written hazard assessment?  Do you have the required training programs in place?  If your answer to any of  these questions is no, you can be facing tens of thousands of dollars in fines.
